I love my job as a helping professional! I have been in this field for 15 years and had the opportunity to work with many clients with a wide-range of concerns and challenges. Professionally, I am a Licensed Counselor, ICF Certified Coach, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, speaker, author, and adjunct professor.

My focus is on you thriving through life. People don’t typically start therapy thriving. That’s where I come in. I help you explore who you are, your needs, and how we can work together to get you where you want to be.

I am open, accepting, and non-judgmental. I have a nurturing but direct approach to help clients maximize their time in therapy. Often clients feel stuck in therapy because the therapist was not direct enough to address concerns early in our sessions. I respect that therapy is hard and don’t want to push clients away by being too direct. Balance on my end!
