My treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practices that focus on enhancing self-awareness and interpersonal relationships, using solution-focused approach. The main goals for my clients have been reducing sanxiety and depression, improving overall well-being, and promoting personal growth and resilience within their relationships and career.

Clients will find that I am eager to learn about their needs and develop a meaningful and manageable set of treatment goals as well as share expectations about the therapeutic process, collaborating on self-discovery, learning new ways of coping, and working through the change process.
