My approach is client-centered and strength-based, as I believe every individual possesses the internal wisdom to heal and thrive. I am eclectic therapist and will partner with you in therapy to ensure sessions are feel safe, and supportive!

My goal is to provide a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life. I will always center what you'd like to focus on in therapy. I specialize in trauma, but support clients with a range of issues!

In our sessions, you can expect a gentle and compassionate approach, infused with a touch of humor. I find humor to be incredibly healing.

I specialize in supporting trauma survivors, with specific experience working with survivors of sexual assault. I am trained in EMDR and trauma-informed therapy. I also specialize in working with folx in the LGBTQIA+ community.

I believe healing is possible! I became a therapist because I want to support clients to access their innate wisdom to heal and thrive.
