I am trained in manualized treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for insomnia and depression, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills (emotion regulation and distress tolerance). Additionally, I am trained in mindfulness strategies.
