My approach to providing therapy services is first and foremost, client centered. My clients are the experts on their unique experiences and circumstances, I am simply the guide to get them where they want to be.

I approach goal setting collaboratively. If I set a goal that doesn't matter to the client, than it is not a good goal!

Sessions with me feel safe, validating, comfortable and calm.

I have worked with all ages, but prefer to work with adults 18+. Emerging young adults are my favorite population to work with.

I believe this work is truly meaningful and the opportunity to support others through difficult times and experiences is truly an honor.

I treat all clinical issues, using a collaborative and client centered approach. I also practice from a trauma and culturally responsive lens, meaning your personal experiences are validated and included in any therapeutic work we do together.
