My approach is focused on what’s happening in real time: what your body and nervous system are doing right now, not just talking about the past. I help you learn how to be with what you’re feeling, even when it’s uncomfortable, so it starts to shift instead of staying stuck.

Together we will slow things down and work with what is actually happening in the moment, whether that is anxiety, pain, or overwhelm. You will learn how to respond to your body differently so you are not constantly fighting it or avoiding it, and things start to feel more manageable.
