Megan Hilton

I help clients by providing a warm, supportive, and personalized therapeutic space. I specialize in working with children and adolescents ages 9–18, as well as adults, couples, and families. Using an integrative approach—drawing from feminist theory, DBT, Gestalt, person-centered, and psychodynamic methods—I tailor therapy to each client's needs.

I collaborate with my clients to help address concerns related to but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, grief, or behavioral problems. Providing my clients with a safe, validating space to build insight, regulate emotions, and improve communication is a major priority for me.
