My name is Michelle Johnson, Licensed Professional Counselor. I believe in the person centered approach, and believe that everyone is the author of their lives, and they should be able to make their own choices without fear of judgment from others.

First, I ask the clients what would they want to work on in therapy, and involve them in the goal setting process.

Previous and current clients always say that I'm a good listener, patient, and I meet people where they are and I go at the pace of the client.

Struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, abuse, and crisis situations, parent child conflict, and legal issues.

I always wanted to help people explore their path in life by addressing their past issues that is enabling them from moving forward.

My area of focus is anxiety, depression, abuse and neglect, substance abuse issues, grief, relationship issues, parent child conflict, legal issues, trauma, domestic violence victims and perpetrators, infidelity, mid life transitions.
