I am a trauma therapist, so I approach all therapy with that lens, whether in individual or couples therapy. I use IFS, EMDR, and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFS Couples Therapy) to help you to heal and to create a life worth living.

My approach is focused on you and your needs. We work on what is impacting you and your life, with no judgement. Couples will find healing, acceptance, and understanding no matter where you are in your relationship and what struggles you have faced.
