Something to know about my approach is:

I am a trauma therapist, so I approach all therapy with that lens, whether in individual or couples therapy. I use IFS, EMDR, and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFS Couples Therapy) to help you to heal and to create a life worth living.

Together, we will:

break the chains of trauma, create self-compassion, engage in healthy relationships, and interact with the world around you that is reflective of your goals and values. We will heal traumatic wounds so you can live your best life now.

I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced past trauma and struggles in their relationships and difficulty identifying who they are and what they want in life. I work best with people who have gained skills in therapy in the past and would like to dig deeper to heal trauma.

I became a therapist because:

I am a person just like you who has struggled with past trauma, unhealthy relationships, and sense of self but I found hope in healing my past.

My practice is completely virtual. We meet wherever you are over video so that you can be comfortable and feel safety in your surroundings.
