I work with complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, addiction, spiritual emergency, life transitions, and couple's issues. I think about my clients as collaborators in their healing. We're working together, alongside the compassionate intelligence of Life, to help you address your suffering and become more aligned with your innate wholeness.

I'm passionate about somatic psychology, parts work, relational healing, and any form of spirituality that enlivens your life. I know that talk therapy has its limits, which is why I also work experientially. Healing and awakening are organic life processes. Just like a seed, they simply need the right conditions to sprout, grow, and blossom.
