I specialize in working with people who:

Are overwhelmed, stressed & need relief. Some clients find me after being prescribed pills for anxiety, mood, sleep, etc. but want to try therapy first (or along with it to maximize benefit). No shame in taking meds! I'm a fan of whatever works.

I became a therapist because:

I’m a breast cancer survivor who knows how hard it can be to find the light. I wish I had the skills back then that I teach my clients now.
