I specialize in helping adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, burnout, ADHD-related overwhelm, or shifting moods. Many are high-functioning on the outside but exhausted internally, navigating life transitions, relationship stress, or the impact of chronic health concerns.

I became a therapist because I value genuine connection and supporting people through difficult seasons. This work gives me purpose and lets me give back to my community. I value the “light-bulb” moments when someone sees themselves or their choices in a new way, and I’m honored to offer support where it may have been missing.
