I use a collaborative, empathetic, and authentic approach to address your concerns and treatment plan. We will utilize a therapeutic approaches that feel most natural to us - pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. In person clients may also have access to some play based therapy or creative therapy.

Together we will develop an individualized plan to support your unique needs using a variety of methods, skills, and techniques that feel authentic to you. This is your journey and I am here to honor that and provide the needed support and guidance to accomplish your goals.

I specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief (with a special focus on sibling grief). I enjoy working the children, teens, and adults.
