Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and genuinely easy to talk to. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported while also helping you gently challenge patterns, build confidence, and grow in ways that feel authentic, meaningful, and sustainable.

I support people navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, neurodevelopmental differences, identity exploration, and life transitions through compassionate, collaborative care. My background across outpatient, PHP/IOP, and in-home settings allows me to meet clients with empathy, flexibility, and support tailored to their individual needs.

I became a therapist because I’ve always cared deeply about understanding people beyond the surface. Having experienced therapy myself, I know how vulnerable it can feel to open up and how important it is to feel genuinely heard, safe, and understood. I believe no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
