Hi, I’m Lisbeth. I’m a licensed counselor and art therapist who specializes in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and begin to heal.

In our work together, I draw from CBT, mindfulness practices, and EMDR to help you feel more grounded, confident, and equipped to manage life’s challenges. During our first few sessions, you can expect to gain tools that bring relief and a sense of stability.

What makes my practice unique is my use of creative self-expression as a powerful path to growth and change. Sometimes, words alone aren’t enough—and art can open new ways to understand and process emotions. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m deeply committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space where every identity is respected and celebrated.

I specialize working with adults 18+ who struggle with depression, anxiety an trauma. I also enjoy supporting those in the LGBTQ+ community and confirming gender identity.

Working on my own mental health and creating expressive artwork has helped me discover sources of healing and inner strength.
