Hello, my name is Michael and I’m a mental health therapist offering telehealth therapy. I provide outpatient psychotherapy to adults experiencing substance use, anxiety, depression, anger, motivation concerns, self-esteem, stress, relationship concerns, and LGBTQ+ issues. I’m ready to learn alongside you and help you work through whatever you’re facing.

I tailor the approach to fit each client's individual needs and goals. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood, with no judgment, just genuine care. For me, therapy really comes down to trust. If you don't feel like you can be open with your therapist and know they truly care about you, it's hard for the work to click.
