I integrate evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness practices to help you develop actionable tools for everyday life.

Some have said I bring a sense of warmth and lightness to sessions, even when the topics are heavy — helping them feel that healing is possible and that they are not alone in their journey. Others appreciate my ability to adapt my approach to their unique needs, whether that means offering structured tools, creative strategies, or a compassionate ear.
