I take a collaborative, down to earth approach to therapy. Everyone has a unique story, and therapy is a space to explore, understand, and reconnect with who you are at your core. I’m intentional about being culturally responsive, creating a space where your background and lived experiences are respected, and where you can show up fully without judgment.

Talk through what’s been weighing on you, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. We’ll work toward helping you move through challenges, build clarity and confidence, and step into the version of yourself that feels most aligned and whole. All at a pace that feels comfortable and realistic for you.
