Sara Spain

I am passionate about working with clients who want to gain a better understanding of themselves, process things going on in their lives, and grow as a person.

In my work with clients I use an eclectic, humanistic approach, drawing on psychodynamic, relational, client-centered, mindfulness, CBT, and DBT techniques. Therapy is a human, collaborative process, and one that I care very deeply about.

I am a queer-affirming therapist who is a member of the community, and specialize in treating trauma, religious/spiritual concerns, anxiety, and depression. I have lived experience that I bring into my work with clients, and approach the work I do with authenticity, compassion, and empathy.
