My practice is mindfulness-based with a holistic approach: nurturing your mind, body, spirit, & being present with yourself & the world around you. We may explore your childhood, relationships & difficult experiences to help you learn about yourself.
Collaborate so you can heal and grow by learning to reconnect with your mind, body & surroundings, love & trust yourself, prioritize your needs, recover from people-pleasing & perfectionism, set boundaries & accept that nothing is wrong with you.
Have history of trauma (which includes anything that has caused serious distress), experience anxiety, depression, sleep issues, have struggled with shame, stigma, self-love and relationships, and who want to improve their mental & physical health.
In my work I use mindfulness and meditative techniques because they can help improve all aspects of our life. I am certified in ART, a trauma intervention. I have experience working on issues related to sexism, racism, ableism, and LGBTQ+ identities.
