A therapist who provides a safe space, support, guidance, compassion, and understanding, yet I can challenge my clients if needed.
I start by getting to know you, your beliefs, values, and what matters to you. We then work together to find out what you want to work on, the best course of action, and the tools you need. I remain supportive and open-minded throughout the process.
We'll discuss your current issues and topics that promote healing, change, and personal growth. We'll seek to improve your relationships and decrease the symptoms holding you back.
Are grieving, experiencing life transitions, anxiety, stress, worry, and relationship issues. I also see clients who are caring for a terminally ill family member or a parent who has dementia. I enjoy working with individual clients and couples.
I wanted to help clients with grief, anxiety, relationship issues, and growth as they are part of life, all while achieving balance in their lives.
I have an ADA-accessible office with a private waiting room and off-street parking, which is conveniently located in Central CT, right off of 84.
You can choose Teletherapy sessions, in-person sessions, or a hybrid model, whichever is more comfortable for you. I offer free 15-minute phone or virtual consultations. Please get in touch with me by phone or email if you have any questions.
