Tom Ranallo

My name is Tom and I am a LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over thirty years of experience in the mental health field.

Together we will create a collaborative, evolving partnership with clients, grounded in mutual respect and trust.

My clients describe me as someone who is collaborative and flexible. I draw on a variety of treatment modalities tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences, with a primary focus on CBT, Relational, and Interpersonal therapies. I integrate philosophical perspectives to help clients navigate life’s challenges and pursue meaningful growth.

I am currently a clinician at a small group private practice with three other clinicians. I have a diverse professional background, including providing administrative oversight and consultation for clinical programs and staff, as well as working in private practice treating adults and couples of all ages with a wide range of therapeutic needs.
