I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my sessions. Initially we'll explore your primary reasons for coming to therapy and then decide on what next steps to take. We'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and your actions.

Initial sessions we will dive into the issues at hand. Then, we collaboratively work towards developing goals & a treatment plan to address these struggles in a way that helps you get where you want to be. Most clients see some progress in 1 month.

I work with those 16 and older. I have experience working with both men and women struggling with mood disorders, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, grief and regret, religion issues, disappointment, goal setting, and education struggles.

I became a therapist because I do believe there always remains the opportunity for healing and good things no matter the challenges.

I understand the need to balance work/life well. I offer various daytime and evening sessions to allow for flexibility.
