I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my sessions. Initially we'll explore your primary reasons for coming to therapy and then decide on what next steps to take. We'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and your actions.

Initial sessions we will dive into the issues at hand. Then, we collaboratively work towards developing goals & a treatment plan to address these struggles in a way that helps you get where you want to be. Most clients see some progress in 1 month.
