May look like things are fine on the surface, but are struggling with feeling overwhelmed or exhausted, meeting their needs, or just feeling stuck. I specialize in helping adults with executive functioning challenges, to understand themselves better, regulate their nervous systems, and work through challenges in relationships or at work.

I have always had an interest in the way our brains work and how people relate to one another. Becoming a therapist was the perfect match for my personality. I experienced the positive impact that a non-judgemental outside person could have in my own life, and I wanted to be that support for others.

Video sessions are conducted through a HIPAA compliant secure tele-health platform where you’ll have client portal access to easily communicate or self-schedule. I accept private/self-pay and I provide superbills or can file out-of-network insurance benefits for you to get reimbursement.
