I provide tele-health session in California and Washington DC. I support individuals navigate though mood disorders, and the many challenges that life and relationships bring. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and meditation techniques.
