Using a blend of mindfulness, breathwork, and evidence-based techniques, I help you reconnect with your body and find a sense of safety and clarity in your daily life.

As an empath and highly sensitive person, I am a highly educated therapist who believes a bond of trust is the first element of healing. I start sessions with psycho-education and emotional support, using mixed modalities to address your concerns. I am dedicated to elevating your progress based on your personal needs and unique lived experiences.

Beyond the office, I am deeply interested in the physiological side of mental health, specifically the gut-brain connection and how gut health impacts anxiety. My practice also explores transformative object theory to help clients understand their inner worlds. I aim to provide a space that is as intellectually grounded as it is compassionate.
