I adore working with clients who would describe themselves as unique, quirky, creative, witchy, curious, expressive and/or intuitive. Some of my therapeutic specialties and interests include supporting people with chronic illness or pain, and developmental trauma. get to know each other! I am a relational therapist so my first hope is to foster a meaningful connection with you. Then, we will explore creative ways to support your body and nervous system. Some days this looks like meeting yourself with gentle compassion, some days this might look like expressing righteous rage through shaking, pushing, and movement.
