I bring a holistic approach to navigating mental health. We'll start with a focus on getting comfortable in the therapy space and explore the physical, mental, and emotional impacts on your well-being.

We will develop skills and techniques for managing challenging emotions and behaviors. Together we will process through difficult feelings and experiences so that you may feel more grounded and connected with your sense of self outside of therapy.

I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Specifically, I work with a lot of adult survivors of childhood trauma and abuse.

I love working with people to find freedom from painful past experiences and connect more deeply with who they are and what they want from their lives
