My method is grounded in empathy and specified to your unique needs, preferences, and situations. It is important to me that my clients are able to engage in a safe space. I offer the transformative experience of EMDR in addition to talk therapy.

I specialize in working with people who:

seeking to understand their experiences with emotionally immature parents; struggle with burn out, imposter syndrome, and high functioning anxiety at work; experiencing a life transition like divorce, career change; recovering from narcissistic abuse

I became a therapist because:

I left corporate to become a therapist. My calling is to help people fully embrace their authentic selves and know they matter and are good enough
