Something to know about my approach is:

I am a LCSW and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with an eclectic treatment approach. This means that I use multiple methods (CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, SFBT, and somatic) and your feedback about what helps you to create your best plan for healing.

Together, we will:

develop coping skills to help your calm yourself and your emotions, process any beliefs that are holding you back, and work through traumatic memories that might be affecting your thinking and functioning. We truly get you back to being you.

I specialize in working with people who:

are struggling with anxiety, depression, motherhood, or traumatic experiences. Many of my clients have struggled to find peace and healing from their trauma or their transitions in their daily life, so they come to therapy to help with finding it.

My office space is in a spa, so you feel a sense of relaxation and peace when you walk in the room. If you're virtual, it's wherever you want to be!
