Therapy with me is a place where you can exhale. You don’t need the right words or have to show up put together. I’ll meet you where you are, help untangle what feels overwhelming, gently challenge patterns, and make space for both the hard stuff and the humor that comes with being human.

Slow things down, make sense of what feels tangled, and uncover the patterns keeping you stuck. We’ll build practical tools, reconnect you with your own needs and values, and create changes that feel realistic, meaningful, and more like the life you actually want to be living.

Warm, down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in their growth. I bring compassion, honesty, and humor into the room, while also helping clients feel challenged in a supportive way. My goal is for you to feel understood, comfortable being yourself, and never like you have to perform in therapy.

I specialize in working with people who seem to have it all together but feel anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected inside. Many struggle with perfectionism, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, gender identity issues, people-pleasing, self-doubt, trauma, motherhood, or major life changes.

I’ve always been drawn to the stories people carry beneath the surface, and certainly have a story of my own. I wanted to create the kind of space where people feel deeply heard and understood, less alone, as they make sense of what’s hurting, reconnect with themselves, and build a life that feels more authentic.

My practice is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel human—not stiff or one-size-fits-all. I’ll meet you where you are, help you untangle what feels heavy, gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck, and support you in creating change that feels realistic and true to you.
