My approach is eclectic. I don't believe one size fits all. I pull from a range of therapeutic frameworks and tailor my style to what each client actually needs. At the heart of my work is one core goal: empowering you to understand yourself more deeply so you can make decisions that are right for your life.

Work as a team! You're the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you and help you find clarity. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, life transitions, or self-esteem, I'll meet you where you are and we'll figure it out together.

Warm, curious, and flexible. I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I work with, and I create a space where there's no pressure to have it all figured out. Clients often say they feel seen and supported, and that sessions feel collaborative rather than one-sided.

Are feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or just not quite like themselves. I work with adolescents, college students, young adults, and adults navigating things like anxiety, depression, attention struggles, relationship stress, life changes, and low self-worth.

I genuinely love helping people understand themselves better. There's something really meaningful about being in the room when someone starts to see themselves more clearly, and begins to trust their own instincts again. That moment never gets old for me.

I work hard to make therapy feel like a real collaboration. There's no pressure to have the right words or show up perfectly, just a willingness to try. Everyone moves at their own pace here, and I'll meet you wherever you are in the process.
