I don’t believe therapy should feel clinical or intimidating. I show up as a real person — steady, curious, and deeply attentive. I care about helping you understand what’s underneath the anxiety, relationship patterns, or grief you’re carrying, not just managing the surface symptoms.

Together we’ll slow things down and make sense of what’s been feeling heavy or confusing. We’ll look at the patterns that keep repeating, build practical tools for emotional regulation, and help you feel more solid and confident in who you are and how you relate to others.

My clients often tell me they feel safe with me quickly. They say I’m calm, thoughtful, and able to notice things they hadn’t seen before. They appreciate that I’m warm but honest, and that I help them move forward instead of staying stuck in the same story.

I specialize in working with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or deeper questions about who they are and what they want their life to look like.

I’ve always been curious about how people make sense of their lives—why we feel the way we do, how our past shapes us, and what helps us move forward. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural way to create space for honest conversations and meaningful change.

I offer a calm, thoughtful space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. My work often focuses on understanding patterns, processing emotions, and helping clients reconnect with themselves.
