I specialize in working with people navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, panic, and major life transitions, as well as women experiencing pregnancy, postpartum, and other maternal mental health concerns. I also enjoy supporting neurodivergent clients who want therapy tailored to how they experience the world.

I have more than 10 years of experience across clinical and academic settings. My work is evidence-based, strengths-focused, and culturally responsive, and I tailor therapy to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I offer telehealth and can provide therapy in both English and Russian.
