I know that starting therapy can feel scary. It’s my goal to make you feel safe, supported, and seen. I offer strengths-based, affirming care - meeting you where you are and creating a space for you to share freely and without judgment.

Some days we’ll problem-solve, other days we’ll reflect and explore patterns, and sometimes we’ll simply untangle and hold space for the heavy feelings and thoughts you’ve been carrying. My hope is that you leave each session feeling steadier, more understood, and more in tune with yourself.

I know how hard and exhausting it is to struggle with your mental health. Learning skills to regulate my emotions and tolerate moments of distress changed my life and greatly improved my overall well-being in ways I never imagined were possible. I love sharing what I've learned and empowering others to work towards the life that they want and deserve, too.

My work is grounded in social work values and guided by a strong commitment to equity, advocacy, and social justice. I am passionate about increasing support for marginalized individuals, and I am committed to creating an affirming environment that is culturally responsive, anti-racist, and trauma-informed.
