My goal with therapy is to be able to provide you with a safe space where you can feel comfortable enough to talk about the different things that have been holding you back. Your safety and comfort are of my highest priorities, so we will work through your concerns together at a pace that feels right for you.

Discuss the different things going on in your life, how these things affect your mental and emotional health, and work together to create healthy coping strategies and habits that help keep you on track to meet the goals that you would like to achieve. There's different strokes for different folks, so I always cater each plan differently towards each client.

Easy-going, a good listener, and someone who meets people where they are at. I want therapy to be an experience you can gain something from rather than as a chore. The topics we discuss can be heavy, so I encourage jokes or small talk to cut the tension. At the same time, I work with you to progress you in your therapeutic journey and towards your goals.
