I like to create a safe space where you do not have to pretend or play any role, instead you can face your deep feelings, be yourself and get support. I have a solid education (PhD in Psychology), and I utilize positive psychology, family system approach and EMDR in my practice. This combination allows me to be effective in a variety of issues.

Together we will focus on your resources and ways to bring renewed vigor, more positive relationships, and a higher level of contentment. Although sometimes we will have to concentrate on traumas, issues and negative emotions the main goal is always to return to happiness and life satisfaction.
