My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and trauma-informed care, tailored to each client's unique needs and pace. I specialize in trauma, domestic violence, grief, and supporting members of the Orthodox Jewish community. My goal is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own strength.
