Therapy should be a place where people feel safe, heard, and supported. Sessions with me are about learning, processing, healing, and growing. I hope clients leave therapy feeling more confident, feeling more capable of coping with challenges they encounter, and no longer feeling stuck by the thoughts, feelings, & behaviors that are holding them back.

As a therapist who works with kids, teens, & young adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress, & transitions, I believe people are resilient and have the strength to overcome whatever is holding them back. It's my hope to help people access that strength and knock down the barriers that are getting in the way of the life they want.
