Therapy should be a place where people feel safe, heard, and supported. Sessions with me are about learning, processing, healing, and growing. I hope clients leave therapy feeling more confident, feeling more capable of coping with challenges they encounter, and no longer feeling stuck by the thoughts, feelings, & behaviors that are holding them back.

As a therapist who works with kids, teens, & young adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress, & transitions, I believe people are resilient and have the strength to overcome whatever is holding them back.
