I work with Ohio and Florida adults who want support in post-trauma growth to move past challenging effects of: trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, panic, depressed moods, adult ADHD, difficult life transitions, relationship difficulties, lack of confidence, or a loss of sense of self.
