I approach everything with curiosity and kindness. I meet clients where they are at because each person has a unique personality, identity, background, and history that influences how they see and interact with the world around them. I hope to learn about their individual perspective and work with them to enact positive changes in their lives.

Together we will work towards your goals that we explore in the very first session. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space that enables my clients to delve into specific issues, build skills and learn new coping strategies, find solutions to their problems, communicate better, process their feelings, or simply seek clarity through evidence-based practices.

My clients would describe me as a warm, comforting presence. They value my insight and knowledge and appreciate my thoughtful, empathetic approach to their care. While I am soft-spoken, they know that I am not afraid to challenge them or hold them accountable to their objectives in a way that is gentle but firm. I want to see my clients grow and thrive.

I became a therapist because I wanted to see more representation in the community for people who look like me. I come from a small minority community where mental health is heavily stigmatized and I am passionate about helping people unlearn negative patterns and break through generational trauma to be their most authentic selves.
