I approach therapy from a person centered perspective while integrating researched and Trauma-based approaches such as, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting, CBT, REBT, Somatic Experiencing, and emotion focused therapy. With therapy, one size does not fit all. As your therapist I will tailor your treatment to fit your specific needs as my client.

I can help you heal and find freedom from intrusive painful past memories for good. As your therapist my goal is to provide a confidential, safe, and trusting relationship in which you feel completely comfortable to share whatever is going on in your life. I will listen with compassion and provide understanding and support without judgment.
