My approach to therapy is centered on gently helping you reconnect with your journey. I aim to support you in honoring both your struggles and your progress, while helping you find clarity, balance, and renewed direction as you continue forward.

Together, we’ll create a space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to see your story more clearly—not just through the lens of present challenges, but through the distance you’ve already traveled. My goal with all my clients is to gain awareness of where we once were and where we are heading.
