Something to know about my approach is that insight alone rarely creates lasting change. Many clients already understand their patterns but still feel stuck emotionally. Through trauma-informed depth work and EMDR therapy, we work at the nervous system level to leave past experiences in the past so you can respond the way you want to today.

Together we’ll explore the negative patterns that keep repeating in your relationships, and work to restructure the memory of those experiences that shaped the negative patterns. As the emotional charge from the past decreases, many clients feel calmer, more confident, and able to make relationship choices from clarity rather than anxiety or survival.
