Being a therapist is my profession. I am a human first. I approach my sessions with empathy and understanding, but am always ready to challenge and show my clients different perspectives. I am always open to feedback and like to work collaboratively. You're the expert of your life, I'm here to help you explore and improve.

Look at your past, present, and future. I focus on the whole picture: how your mind works, how your body responds, your habits and routines, how you're sleeping, your nutrition, your relationships (family, romantic, friendships), and your environmental stressors (work, finance, culture). All the parts that make you, you.

Loving, expressive, openminded, and direct. I'm not here to judge, I'm here to listen, support, and open your mind. I am always eager to learn and I'm aware the world is constantly changing. Changing your opinion is a sign of strength and maturity.

Struggle with anxiety and relationship issues. Most of us are anxious and don't even realize it. We have the ability to feel light, we just have to open our minds and our hearts to all opportunities.

My therapist saved my life. This is my way of giving back. I am passionate about helping others.

I'm Brazilian and moved to Miami at 12 years old. I share a little bit about myself with all of my clients (when appropriate), you deserve to know how the "expert" lives their life. I'm a human just like you, with struggles just like you. I just devoted my life to understanding the why's and the how's to help you find relief.
