I work best with 15-30 year olds, dealing and healing from trauma/stress, relationship/family issues which interferes with pursuing optimal health, performance, self esteem or the Olympic Gold Medal.
I became a therapist because:
After a near death car accident at 18 y/o, I studied psychology and nutrition to to help myself heal and others to heal from their trauma & stress.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer both mental health and nutrition in a nourishing, warm, tropical setting where clients feel safe and nurtured and healing can happen.
