Therapy is a 50/50 partnership! I can teach you and support you in learning the skills needed to help reduce your distress and increase confidence in yourself. Then, when you're ready for change and come to therapy, a partnership is created!

Together, we will:

work together to find the best ways for you to cope with stressors, reduce feelings such as anxiety and depression, and increase strengths such as communication, boundaries and self-image.

I specialize in working with people who:

are doing well to the outside world: they go to to work, complete chores, even go out with friends. But inside, things aren't going well. Maybe because of something bad from their past, or crippling thoughts that they can't control. We CAN fix this.
