Outside of the therapy room: I enjoy focusing on my own wellness journey, spending time with loved ones, and finding creative ways to pour back into myself. My faith is an important part of my life and shapes the compassion, hope, and grace I strive to bring into every interaction. Faith-based counseling is available upon request.
