My approach is quite open, but I do come from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy perspective. Our reality is driven by our thoughts and feelings. We cannot always control what is happening in our lives so we have to focus on our reactions and actions.

We will work together to identify what you think healthy looks like, and set strategic and smart goals to get you closer to that point. Therapy is not always easy and it requires us to let go of things that are not working for us.

I specialize in working with people who are in high stress situations. Being a caregiver, anxiety disorder, work/life stressors. I also have significant experience in the medical field, and working with those dealing with medical stressors.

I currently offer therapy in a virtual practice through a HIPPA compliant platform.
