I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults navigating postpartum challenges, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, and ADHD. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing and growth.

I became a therapist because I know how deeply our experiences shape us, and I wanted to be someone who helps others feel seen, valued, and empowered to create change.
